Conditional Listing

Conditional listing applies to companies whose scope of registration does not meet the full requirements of an Installer listing. Companies in this category are subject to limitations in respect of design and interpretation of fixed fire protection systems. Clients engaging a Conditionally listed company should take note of these limitations.

Provisional Listing

Provisional listing is assigned to newly registered companies, and to companies that have failed to submit substantive work for inspection during the preceding year and up to five years of registration, thereby failing to meet the requirements of their listing level.

Provisional status reflects a limited inspection history with the ASIB. Clients engaging a Provisional listed company do so at their own discretion. A company remains in this category until a sufficient track record has been established to support advancement to a higher listing level.
